I finally understand Hosea when YHWH says I am not going to punish ur daughters our wives of harlotry…. And YHWH never divorced Israel!
No  universal salvation but fortunately universal Repent and Return
and there’s 3 remnant groups, but one people Jacob&Israel&those who let him write on their hands Belongs-to-YHWH
