Haftarah: Hosea 2:1-22

...But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people...
-(Hosea 1:9 'Call his name Lo-ammi; for ye are not My people, and I will not be yours.')
...but are now the people of God,...
-(Hosea 2:1 Say ye unto your brethren: 'Ammi'; and to your sisters, 'Ruhamah.') 
...who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy....
-(Hosea 2:23  Then I will sow her for Myself in the earth, And I will have mercy on her who had not obtained mercy; Then I will say to those who were not My people, 'You are My people!'
And they shall say, 'You are my God!' "
...Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul, having your conduct honorable among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation....

Brit'Hadasha: 1st Corinthians 12:12-20
For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.
For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit.

Counting the OMAR
Tell of All His Wonderful Works
Oh, give thanks to YHVH! Call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples!
Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him; Talk of all His wondrous works!
Glory in His holy name; Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek YHVH!
Seek YHVH and His strength; Seek His face evermore!
Remember His marvelous works which He has done, His wonders, and the judgments of His mouth,
O seed of Abraham His servant, You children of Jacob, His chosen ones!
He is YHVH our God; His judgments are in all the earth.
He remembers His covenant forever, The word which He commanded, for a thousand generations, The covenant which He made with Abraham, And His oath to Isaac, And confirmed it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel as an everlasting covenant, Saying, "To you I will give the land of Canaan As the allotment of your inheritance,"
