Psalm 2:
Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against YHVH Elohim of Israel, and against his anointed, saying,
Let us break their bands asunder,
and cast away their cords from us.

He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: YHVH shall have them in derision.
Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.

I will declare the decree: YHVH Elohim hath said unto me,
Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.

Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.

Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.
Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.
Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.

You say God is good, and never does evil - The Biblical text disagrees with this Hellenistic thought!

Christianity agrees God is Good but HaSatan is Evil - This is Dualism! N.B. You are on the wrong side - Hellenistic understanding!

Now Note, This Hellenistic Pagan "Cyrus" was replacing the Babylonian King. Cyrus, God's Instrument Isaiah 45:1 to 13.

Thus saith YHVH Elohim to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut; 
I (YHVH) will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight:
I (YHVH) will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:
And I (YHVH) will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, YHVH, which call thee by thy name, am the Elohim of Israel.

For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel mine elect, I (YHVH) have even called thee by thy name: I (YHVH) have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.

I am YHVH, and there is none else, there is no Elohim beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:
That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am YHVH, and there is none else.

I YHVH Elohim form the light, and create darkness:
I make peace, and create evil:
I YHVH Elohim do all these things.

Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I YHVH have created it.

Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! 

Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth.
Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou?
or thy work, He hath no hands?

Woe unto him that saith unto his father, What begettest thou? or to the woman, What hast thou brought forth?
Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.

I YHVH Elohim, have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, (MYSELF) even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I (YHVH) commanded.
I (YHVH) have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith YHVH of hosts.

But He Cyrus, had Jewish support from YHVH Elohim, who brought to Cyrus as recorded in Daniel 1:6-7
Now among these were of the children of Judah, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah: Unto whom the prince of the eunuchs gave names: for he gave unto
Daniel the name of Belteshazzar; and to
Hananiah, of Shadrach; and to
Mishael, of Meshach; and to
Azariah, of Abednego.

Have you noted he only sends Jewish and those grafted in as Lambs, the ones Righteous and Perfect in YHVH Opinion not Hellenistic ones?
